How a phone gets on the list
A model only appears here once we have held it.
When a phone launches we buy two on day one. One stays sealed as a reference, the other goes on the bench for a week of cutting test shells. The Lumo Fold 3 took three weeks — the hinge moves 0.4 mm as it opens.

- Week 2Press every button 500 times through the case
- Week 3Charge through it, drop it, then open the colour

Before you pick a phone above
- My phone is not in the picker.
- Then we do not make anything for it yet, and we would rather say so than sell you a case that is nearly right. The cable, strap and charge pad work with any phone that charges over USB-C or wirelessly.
- Which cases charge wirelessly?
- All of them. The Flat Charge Pad pushes 15 W through cases up to 3.2 mm thick; the thickest we make, the Trail Bumper, is 3.1 mm. The Leather Folio needs to be folded back first.
- Can two phones go in one parcel?
- Yes. Pick one phone, add what you need, then switch the picker to the second phone and add the rest. Delivery is charged once, €3.90, and is free over €40.
- Do you ship outside the EU?
- To the UK, Switzerland and Norway for €7.50, 4–6 working days, duties paid by us. Further than that, write to us on the Help page and we will quote the postage.
- When is the Leather Folio back?
- The next batch of hides arrives from the tannery on 14 November and the Folio goes back on sale on 20 November. Leave your email below and we write once, on the day.
