Step one, always
Choose the phone first. Everything after it fits.
A case that is almost right rattles, blocks a lens or misses the magnet. So the shop starts with your model, and only shows what we have cut and tested for it.
Not sure which one you have?
Open Settings, then About phone. The model name sits on the first line. Arc 16 and Arc 16 Pro differ by one camera — the Pro has three lenses, the Arc 16 has two.
From the Novi Sad bench
Every case goes on a real phone before it goes in the post.
Drawings from phone makers are close, not exact. We keep every model we sell on the bench, press each button through the case and photograph the camera lip with a gauge before a colour goes on sale.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
€3.90 with tracking, 2–3 working days across the EU. Free over €40. Orders placed by 15:00 on a weekday leave Novi Sad the same afternoon.
What if the case does not fit my phone?
We swap it for the right model and pay the postage both ways. Tell us the order number on the Help page; a prepaid label arrives by email within one working day.
Can I return something I simply do not like?
Yes, within 60 days, unused and in its sleeve. Return postage is €3.90, taken from the refund. Glass Guard is returnable only if the pouch is still sealed.
Do magnetic chargers and wallets still stick?
On Arc 16, Arc 16 Pro and Novu S9 every case carries a magnet ring lined up with the phone’s own. Lumo 8a has no magnet in the phone, so its cases leave the back plain.
Is anything in the box besides the case?
A microfibre cloth, a printed fit card for your model and a paper sleeve you can post the case back in. No plastic bags, no stickers.
